About Us

ENVISION CARE PLUS

Highfield House is a specialist mental health nursing and rehabilitation service operated by Envision Care Plus, supporting young adults aged 18 to 25 with complex mental health needs.

Our service provides an individualised, clinically informed alternative for young adults who require more intensive mental health support than conventional residential or supported accommodation can offer, but whose needs can be safely managed outside an acute psychiatric hospital.

Situated in peaceful, semi-rural surroundings in Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield, Highfield House combines 24-hour registered mental health nursing, enhanced individual staffing, trauma-informed interventions, structured rehabilitation and meaningful therapeutic activities.
